This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines the personal information that SutFund.com (“SutFund”, “SutTek” “we”, “us” or “our”) gathers, how we use that personal information, and the options you have for accessing, correcting, or deleting such personal information.
This Policy is dated as of September 20, 2023, and will be periodically reviewed and subject to change over time to keep our policies current with emerging laws and business needs. This website page (SutFund.com/privacy) will always contain the most up-to-date version of our Policy. In the scenario where a significant change occurs within the Policy, we will do our best, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, to inform known users of the website and our Services of the changes.

This Policy applies to SutFund’s collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information of the following categories of data subjects:
- • End user: Any person who accesses or uses the SutFund website, Services, and application in any capacity, including as a website visitor, registered user (“Beneficiary” or “Pool Participant”), and advertiser.
- • Website visitor: Any person who visits our Websites, including those who may opt to provide an email address or other contact information to receive communications from SutFund, register for an account, view or otherwise interact with website content, or provide feedback. For the purposes of this Policy, “Websites” refer collectively to SutFund.com as well as any other websites SutFund operates for its own behalf and that links to this Policy. For clarity, “Websites” does not include any sites owned or operated by our advertisers, investors, or business partners, including where we serve as Registrar.
- • Registered user (“Beneficiary” or “Pool Participant”): Any person who accesses or uses the SutFund website, Services, and application in any capacity, including as a website visitor, registered user (“Beneficiary” or “Pool Participant”), and advertiser.
- • Advertiser: Any person or entity who enters into an advert agreement with SutFund (or its authorized partner(s)) and to whom SutFund enters into a partnership with pursuant to such agreement.
III. Information We Collect (Categories of Data Subjects)
End User
• Name, email address, and other contact information: We may ask for and collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email address when you visit our website, register for a SutFund account, sign up for a SutFund event or other event(s) at which SutFund (and/or its representatives) participates, or participate in SutFund surveys or other activities, such as user experience research.
• Image and voice: When you register for a SutFund account and use our Services, you are consenting to having your voice and/or image displayed on the SutFund site, via the videos and other content you upload.
Website Visitor
• Name, email address, and other contact information: We ask for and—at your option—collect personal information from you when you complete certain forms and make certain requests on our Websites, including opportunities to sign up for and agree to receive email communications from us. We may ask you to submit such personal information if you choose to use interactive features of our site, including participation in surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or studies, requesting customer support, submitting feedback, or otherwise communicating with us. We will send such communications in accordance with applicable law.
• Log files: When you visit the SutFund site, including any community areas for account and non-account holders, we gather certain information and store it in log files. Registered User (“Beneficiary”, "Donator" or “Pool Participant”)
• Account Information: When you register for a SutFund account, we collect a variety of account information, including contact information. Depending on subscription level, account information may include your name, your email address(es), your telephone number, and addresses necessary to process payment and delivery of Services. In addition, when you use the Services, we collect information about how you configure your account and the Services. We refer to all of this information collectively as “Creator Account Information” for the purposes of this Policy. Creator Account Information is required to enable your access to your SutFund account and Services. By providing us with any personal information, you represent that you are the owner of such personal information or otherwise have the requisite consent to provide it to us. We also maintain logs of activity.
• Payment information: We do not require Creators to have payment information on file with us unless they have a paid subscription to our Services. When you sign up for one of our paid levels, you must provide payment and billing information. The information you will need to submit depends on which payment method you choose. We will collect your card information and billing address, although we do not store full credit card numbers or personal account numbers.
• Crash Reports: When our Services encounter an unexpected error, you may be asked to submit a crash report, which may contain personal information. You will have an opportunity to review the content of the report prior to submitting the report to us.
Advertiser
• Payment information: We require each advertiser to have payment information on file with us at all times. When you sign up to become an advertiser, you must provide payment and billing information as well as information about your business.
IV. How the Information We Collect is Used
SutFund only processes personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant to the purpose for which it was collected or authorized. As a general matter, we may use your personal information to:
• Provide, operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Websites and Services for all users of our site.
• Enable you to access and use the Websites and Services.
• Process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase confirmations.
• Send transactional messages, including responses to your comments, questions, and requests; provide customer service and support; and send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.

Ads appearing on any the SutFund site may be delivered to website visitors and registered users by advertising partners. This information allows partners and their advertising network(s) to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. SutFund uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of our Websites, and their website access preferences. Our website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using SutFund Websites, with the drawback that certain features of our Websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

All persona information, potentially personal information, and personal information described above is stored on restricted database servers. All non-personal information, potentially personal information, and personal information described above is stored on restricted database servers by third-parties SutFund contracts with.
IX. Opt-Out
If we ever send you information by email concerning new products, services or information that you did not expressly request, we will provide you with an email address by which you may request no further notices. That email address is privacy@sutfund.com.
